Bass Fishing Gifts For All Seasons
By Michael Anthony

If you are married to a bass fisher, or you know somebody who bass fishes, you’ll be glad to know there are plenty

of gifts available for the entire year. Just because winter comes along and the temperature gets cold doesn’t mean fishing season is over. The avid bass fisher will brave the cold or suffer through sweltering heat to find his prey. For the bass fisher, gifts are sure to please, no matter what the occasion. Christmas, birthdays, father’s day, anniversaries, you name it, they will love their gift every time. Spinner baits, crank baits, and jig and pig; all of these are great for the winter months. Don’t forget the hundreds of different type and color of worms, crawfish, and other realistic looking baits. All of these are staples that no fisherman wants to be without. If you are in the mood to give something really nice, consider an expensive rod and reel. No smart bass fisherman wants to be caught out with a cheap rod that will break the first time they land the big one. Ideas For Gifts Bass fishing gifts are not limited to baits and rods. How about a chess set where the fresh water bass go up against the salt water bass. This would fit right in with the framed and matted shadow box picture which features replicas of six antique lures. Add to this a bass mouse pad with a computer mouse shaped like a lure. Light all of this up with a bass lamp and your fisherman will feel right at home. If you can’t quite tolerate the thoughts of a “bass decorated room”, consider bass apparel. You can find caps, tee shirts, sweatshirts, and even jackets. All of these can be worn on their fishing trips to show the world they are serious about bass fishing. In the summer months most fishers will need a good pair of sunglasses. Not only do these sunglasses need to have UV protection, they also need to be polarized. This allows a much better view of the surface of the water without the blinding glare of the sun. Bass fishing gifts are fairly easy to find in many of your local stores but, if you want to look for something really different, check out all of the online websites that sell unique items. If you are getting an item for someone who lives in a different area, many of these sites will drop ship the item right to that person’s front door.
